1300 unit A - 2013 (A unit) 

Founder: Spencer Scorcelletti
A unit at Kobbe Avenue is the foundation of the community's philosophy and intentional living. This house, founded by Spencer, set the cornerstones for what would become a true community-minded group. Spencer's upbringing in communal living environments and passion for intentional living led him to establish A unit as a place where individuals could come together and support one another. Over the years, A unit has continued to serve as a model for community living, embodying the core values of the Kobbe Avenue community.

1300 unit B - 2018 (B unit)

Founders: Boden Holland & Sam Williams 

The B unit was established as a response to the limitations and challenges faced by the A unit, with the goal of improving upon its systems and addressing its flaws. The B unit took the best aspects of the A unit and built upon them, creating a more efficient and sustainable living environment. This was achieved through a combination of innovative design solutions, new systems for shared resources, and a stronger emphasis on community involvement and collaboration.

1302 - 2021 (C unit)

Founders: Boden Holland & Jake Schaffer 

The C unit at Kobbe Avenue is the newest addition to the community and serves as a bridge between the A/B units and the D unit. The C unit combines the best practices of the community, with a strong emphasis on community involvement and collaboration. The C unit is also the largest home in the community, offering ample open spaces to host large scale community events. These spaces provide residents with the opportunity to come together for social gatherings, workshops, and other activities, fostering a strong sense of community and connection. The C unit's focus on community, combined with its spacious design, makes it a cornerstone of the Kobbe Avenue community and a unique and vibrant living environment.
